Noni juice distributor


Are you wondering what it would be like to be a noni juice distributor? In this section, I describe some of the things I do in the time I give to my noni juice business.

First, a little about the purity of the juice my home business is built around

The brand of noni juice I distribute is produced by TAHITIAN NONI International™.

This product contains 89% juice the fruit of Morinda citrifolia from pure noni puree.

The fruit is harvested in French Polynesia in pristine surroundings, according to traditional methods. It is not cultivated, but is transplanted into the hills and allowed to grow naturally.

The locals have been acting as noni juice distributors for years! They took it from island to island on their long, dangerous sea crossings, the benefits of the noni plant were so prized.

It contains 11% natural grape juice concentrate, natural blueberry juice concentrate and other natural fruit juice flavours. The other juices were added originally to improve the flavour.

One hundred percent noni juice is not too easy on the palate! The added bonus is that these juices contribute to the rich mix of 150 nutrients that the product contains.

There is a lot of interest currently in establishing how our ancestors ate. The idea being that we are adapted to the diet we evolved with … and this is therefore healthier for us.

In my opinion, it is very likely that the mixture of berries provides a source of nutrients like that our ancestors would have eaten.

After all, berries tend to come into season at the same time. I’m certain our ancestors would have harvested all the fruits that were available in a particular locality.

I'm confeident that by being a noni juice distributor, my home business is bringing significant benefits to peoples' health, by improving their intake of important micronutrients.

So, what puts the “pure” in pure noni juice?

It is pasteurised to prolong shelf-life and packaged in glass (rather than plastic) which helps to ensure the purity of the product when it reaches the consumer.

For me, purity is also guaranteed by the company’s rigorous quality control procedures. The product is regularly screened for 300 toxins.

So, now we’ve cleared that up …

… as a noni juice distributor, what do I do?

First, finding out about the business and the product.

I’ve attended product meetings and the camps and telephone conferences that the company offers to support its independent product consultants.

I also use my sponsors (the people who introduced me to the company, and a very experienced noni juice distributors themselves) for help and advice about what noni can do.

I’ve run up stalls at health fairs: made sure I’ve ordered plenty of literature; made certain that I have enough stickers with my telephone number, the company’s order number and my code number (so the company can keep track of my commission).

Spend time following up contacts made at those health fairs by telephone.

Made myself familiar with the role of noni in helping sports people. Then put together a pack of leaflets and press-releases to take to local gyms and sports clubs.

Asked local alternative medicine clinics if I could leave leaflets for their waiting rooms.

I hate being pushy … “selling” … so I’ve spent a lot of time on designing this website. I then refer people here, so that they can take their time in deciding. I also hope that the net presence will create enough leads to pass on to my team.

I’ve now got to be very good at “offering”, rather than “selling” … by that I mean, making information available, allowing people time to read it and asking if they would like me to follow up.

That makes life as a noni juice distributor more comfortable for me!

A telephone call might sound something like this:

“Hello. [Introduce myself. Make sure I’m talking to the owner, manager, decion maker]] … Do you have time for a brief conversation now about a health product that’s making a huge impact on people’s basic nutrition? …

"No? Would it be OK if I called back? When would be convenient? Maybe I could put some information in the post to you before we speak?”

“Yes? … you do – great! How much time do you have right now? Well, briefly here’s a great opportunity to boost your clients’ vitality with a food supplement that contains 150 micronutrients missing from average western diets / is full of antioxidants.

"It helps people with some pretty serious conditions … AND can create significant residual/passive income for yourself.”

[There’s an opportunity to explain what residual/passive income is … remember most practitioners are consultants who charge for time. It really is a great opportunity for them to get to that situation where the business is earning money them whether they are actively working in it or not … believe me, I know!]

In a similar way, I’ve used Skype to post a brief message about the business. We know the business is booming in Nigeria, for example.

So I spent some time on Skype and signed up three people in Lagos and Abuja. I had a great time talking to these people – and to the ones who chose not to go for it.

The company is growing quickly in Germany and Russia, too – so I’ll be Skyping people in those places, too. What I like about that is that it’s relatively simple to pass on a message offering an opportunity.

I’ve contacted some local alternative therapists and offered to run a workshop on their premises, explaining what I do as a noni juice distributor.

I now also talk to people who are referred to me by my own noni clients, and help my own downline with their questions.

Be a sponsor: mentoring the pure noni juice distributor

I want to do my best to help the people I sponsor with their noni juice home business.

In the last few years, I’ve done quite a lot of coaching in my consultancy work. A lot of that has been on business start-ups. I’ve worked with people who are losing their jobs, supporting them in finding new work, or starting a business.

So I was really pleased when Kevin and Ros - my TNI sponsors - sent me an article on the difference between “sponsors” and “recruiters”.

I found I really warmed to the role of sponsor or mentor – they’ve certainly been great examples to me.

So it’s not about recruiting people as quickly as you can and moving on. Both Kevin and Ros come from a sales background. Some of their contacts began signing up distributors as quickly as they could, then moving on and signing up more. But their recruits dropped out as quickly as they’d joined.

It’s love ‘em and leave ‘em, says Paul Pierce, the author the article. He is a leading network marketer and a Baptist minister. It’s been published in several network marketing magazines.

But sponsoring – I prefer the word mentoring - is about building a relationship over time.

It’s about listening, supporting and helping the other person discover the lessons in the challenges. It is about building relationships that endure … so that the organisation we build is also enduring.

Pierce says:“Being a sponsor is an ongoing, continuing activity. It is this ongoing activity that creates loyalty to the sponsor, and gives the sponsor serious credibility. The recruiter is a traveling salesman; once he has sold you, he is gone.

“The sponsor is a helper/teacher who wants you to have the training and tools you need to be successful, and the encouragement to keep plugging.

“There is also a transferable concept here. Your sponsor wants you to be a sponsor. A sponsor develops other sponsors by deliberate, careful help and encouragement. A recruiter expects a born superstar.”

He also asks, “What does it take to become a superstar? It takes a lot of attitude-type things, such as confidence, commitment, determination, credibility, etc. Where do these "attitude" type things come from? They are learned. They are taught. They are "caught".”

To the best of my ability, I will support you in this way if you decide to join my team.
