What is mlm? This animation answers your questions ... clearly and elegantly
"What is mlm?" A question on many, many peoples' lips! People have many different reasons for asking the question, "What is mlm?" You may have been involved in a shaky multi level marketing company; you may be considering an mlm opportunity now; you may be considering working from home and thinking about different business models; you may be a frustrated network marketer, wondering where you're going wrong (more of that later). Whatever your reason, a sound grasp of the fundamentals of multi level marketing is important. If you're considering going into mlm, you need to do so with your eyes open. In answering the question, "What is mlm?" notice that this presentation does not aim to "sell" any particular product or company. It is not a sales pitch. It's a great educational resource that empowers you to ask (and then answer) the questions that are important to you about the business model. That's why I use it here. I find it genuinely educational. I'm a lot more critical about how Tim Sales then goes on to talk about mlm training and what's needed on a person-to-person basis to clinch a sale (remember: no sale = no business, so this is important!). If you want to know more about this check out the links and banners at the bottom of this page. So at the risk of over-emphasising, that question: "What is mlm?" is answered exceptionally well about the business model in general. Don't rely on it to answer questions about the day to day activity of the average network marketer. I'd say Tim Sales is 'old school' in this respect. There is a new - and better, more effective - way to find and approach great leads. I failed using old methods. I'm succeeding using the new ones ... but we'll come on to that. In my opinion this Flash presentation is absolutely sound on the basics. It will help answer questions like: - How do compensation plans work?
- How does residual income build up?
- What are the best kinds of mlm products?
- How does this model compare to other business models?
- What is a 'downline'?
- How do I 'leverage' the time of my team?
- Does that mean I'm exploiting them?
Brilliant Compensation is a 30 minute film that addresses these questions - and more. Do think especially about the uniqueness and repeat sales of the product you are considering marketing. Will it have repeat sales? This film equips you with some smart questions. If you've been involved in a failed network marketing venture before, it may help you understand why. What is mlm? Brilliant Compensation explainsThis film is produced by two multi level marketing experts: Tim Sales (who has developed a thriving network marketing business) and Dr. Charles King who is professor of marketing at the University of Illinois, Chicago. I have my coffee, I'm ready for the film. At the end of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to click to hear answers to these questions: - Who sells the products?
- Do you need sales experience?
- Don't levels of commission raise the price of the product?
- Concerned about marketing to friends?
- Do you have to get in at the beginning?
- Looking for something more secure or a 'steady income'?
- Know someone who failed?
- Worried about what your friends will think?
- Can you succeed?
They're genuine concerns. I'm much less convinced about how he answers some of these. "What is mlm?"
